I'm ashamed to admit this but, until president Obama ran, my interest in politics was minimal to say the least. (I'm not the only one.) Now to the dismay of those that love and adore me (As well they should! I kid! I kid!) I have to admit I'm a certified
political junkie. I try to watch BET's 106 and Park, but somehow end up back on MSNBC or FOX (yeah FOX!...more on that later) The night Barak Obama won the election, I said to my sons that the game had changed. Mediocrity would no longer be tolerated in the African-American communty. In essence, it was time to pull up those damn pants! A declaration which promptly got me the "Whatevar dad face". Anyway, I spend a great deal of time surfing sites like
http://www.politico.com/, reading the comments sections. I've already said that I'm a newbie to political intrigue, so I'm not sure if it's always been as hateful and vitriolic as it's been since the Obama administration? Also is it deeper than politics with
this lady ? I mean, it sure seems like it on her
website . Hit me up, and let me know what you think folks! I look forward to your input.
P.S. The Republican Party seems to believe that they will regain majority control of the House and Senate during the upcoming November elections, because people are not as inclined to vote in midterm elections as they would a presidential election. Do you think this is true?

ReplyDeleteWho wants to see naked butts these days???? Saw enough of them when they were in the diaper stage, and they had to be "changed". Don't feel this is true what the Republicans say or believe. I believe more people will vote than usual in the midterm elections, because they want to oust as many democrats as they can!
